From registration to the event, there will be regular email updates explaining what you need to do next.
2. Set up a company profile
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
3. Create market place profile
Create your market place profile where others can see what you offer, what you are searching in order to increase your chances for relevant and high quality b2b meetings
4. Request meetings | until May 06, 2019
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants and market place profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted.
Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
5. Build connections | May 5th, 2019
About 1-2 days before the event you will receive an email with your detailed meeting schedule (time and table number).
6. At the event | May 7th, 2019
Check the latest version of your meeting schedule through the platform and make sure that you are at the right table 5 minutes before your meeting. Respect the other participants time and show up to all your meetings or cancel them early enough in advance, so the other participants will be notified.
